Short answer: check the parcel label, outer condition and product identity when your order arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, document it before discarding the packaging and contact customer care promptly.
Compare the delivery with your order
Use your order confirmation to check the product name, quantity and delivery country. NEORBIS Confession and Wild are both 100 ml Eau de Parfum, but they have different bottle finishes. Confession is black-to-clear; Wild is all black.
Inspect before use
Look at the outer parcel, product presentation and bottle. If you see leakage, breakage or a mismatch, avoid using the product. Take clear photographs of the outer box, shipping label and item. Keep the materials until customer care has reviewed your case.
Report a problem
Email service@neorbis.net with your order number, delivery country, a short description and the photographs. NEORBIS will assess an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable law. Read the Returns Policy for the process; do not send a parcel back before you receive instructions.
