Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain who sells NEORBIS products, how orders are formed, how delivery and returns operate, and the rights and responsibilities applying when you use neorbis.net. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Scope and eligibility

These terms apply to use of neorbis.net and orders placed with WMEOI MEW LTD through the website. You must provide accurate information, be legally capable of entering a contract and be authorised to use the selected payment method. Products are offered for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images are intended to show design and presentation, but colour and scale may vary by screen and production tolerance. Fragrance perception, development and longevity differ between individuals and environments; descriptive language is not a guarantee of an identical sensory result.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the current products are 100 ml Eau de Parfum. Packaging dimensions and logistics weight are shipping information and may be updated where packing methods change.

3. Prices and markets

The website displays a market-specific price and currency. Current headline prices are GBP 33.32 for the United Kingdom, USD 45.99 for the United States and EUR 39.36 for Germany, each with complimentary standard local delivery while that offer remains displayed. The checkout total shown before payment is the amount payable for the selected order.

We may change prices prospectively. A price change does not alter an order already accepted. If an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund it before dispatch.

4. Placing an order

Adding an item to the basket does not reserve stock. By submitting payment, you make an offer to purchase the items shown at checkout. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. The contract is formed when we issue confirmation of acceptance or dispatch the goods, depending on the confirmation provided.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, delivery is not possible, fraud is suspected or the order appears intended for unauthorised resale. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original method.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through PayPal and any eligible payment methods it presents. PayPal may carry out authentication and fraud checks under its own terms. You are responsible for ensuring payment and account information is current and authorised.

6. Delivery

Orders are routed according to the selected delivery market and available stock. Current fulfilment routes are Birmingham for the United Kingdom, Hicksville, New York for the United States, and Mülheim an der Ruhr for Germany. Carrier names and delivery estimates are indicative and may change where operationally necessary.

We aim to dispatch promptly but delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, public authorities or events outside reasonable control will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. You must provide a complete, deliverable address and review it before payment.

7. Risk and ownership

Risk passes as required by the law applying to your order, normally when the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you. Ownership passes after we have received full payment. These provisions do not reduce mandatory consumer protections relating to delivery.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

NEORBIS offers a seven-day return opportunity for eligible, unopened products, calculated from delivery, subject to contacting customer care and following the return instructions supplied for the relevant warehouse. This commercial policy does not replace or shorten any longer cancellation, rejection or return right provided by mandatory law.

Where UK or European distance-selling law applies, consumers may have a statutory cancellation period that is longer than seven days. Exceptions can apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Please do not open, spray or damage the product if you intend to return it.

Returns must include the product, original packaging and order details and must be sent only to the return address issued by customer care. Do not send returns to the registered office unless instructed. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs. Statutory remedies remain available.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Original or return delivery costs are handled according to the reason for return, the policy communicated for the market and mandatory law. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after a refund is issued.

9. Inspection and complaints

Inspect the parcel after delivery and report visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product as soon as reasonably possible. A delay in reporting does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, but prompt notice helps us investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier.

10. Acceptable website use

You must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape personal or non-public data, misuse checkout, attempt unauthorised access, or use NEORBIS content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights or misrepresents an association with the brand.

11. Intellectual property

The NEORBIS brand, bottle, winged figure, presentation-box design, photography, copy and website materials are protected intellectual property. Purchasing a product does not transfer any right to reproduce, manufacture, distribute or commercially exploit those assets.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for failure caused by events outside reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment credentials are processed by PayPal rather than stored in full by NEORBIS.

14. Changes, severability and waiver

The terms applying to an order are those available when the order is placed. We may update terms for future use of the website. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that consumers retain the protection of mandatory law and any forum rights available in their country of residence. Please contact service@neorbis.net first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.

16. Contact

Order, delivery, return and terms enquiries should be sent to service@neorbis.net. Include your order number where relevant. The registered office is listed above; operational returns require the market-specific address provided by customer care.
