Returns

Contact service@neorbis.net before sending any return. Include your order number and delivery country so we can issue the correct warehouse instructions and return label.

For our voluntary return policy, unopened and unused fragrance in its original sealed packaging may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Where mandatory consumer cancellation rights provide a longer period, those rights continue to apply.

Do not send a parcel using only the city/postcode above. Customer care will provide the complete warehouse label and authorisation for your order. Regulatory representatives are not return addresses.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the outer parcel, label and product. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable law.
