Application controls dose. Start with less, observe the fragrance in context, and add only when the setting allows it.
A practical method
- Apply to clean, dry skin.
- Hold the bottle a short, comfortable distance from the body.
- Begin with one or two sprays on pulse areas such as the neck or wrists.
- Allow the fragrance to dry naturally instead of rubbing the wrists together.
- Reassess after the opening has settled before adding more.
Skin, fabric and surroundings
Fabric may retain scent differently from skin and some formulas can mark delicate material. Test an inconspicuous area first and follow garment-care instructions. In offices, restaurants, aircraft and other close spaces, use a restrained dose.
Safety
Avoid the eyes, face, broken or irritated skin, flames and heat. Perfume is flammable until dry. Keep it out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, stop use and seek appropriate medical advice.
Why exact spray counts are not universal
Atomisers release different volumes, and perception changes with weather, formula and proximity. A fixed number is therefore a starting point, not a performance guarantee.
