Short answer: select your delivery market, confirm the address is eligible and review the estimate at checkout. NEORBIS uses local routes in the UK, US and Germany, but perfume transport restrictions mean not every destination can be served.
The published local routes
UK orders dispatch from Birmingham via Royal Mail. US orders dispatch from Hicksville, New York via USPS. German orders dispatch from Mülheim an der Ruhr via DHL. The selected market determines the relevant price, currency and fulfilment route.
Check the offer for your order
Complimentary standard local delivery is included while displayed for the eligible market at checkout. The final order summary is the place to confirm both the amount and shipping option. Do not use a guide article as a guaranteed delivery-date promise.
For a time-sensitive purchase
Review the delivery estimate before payment and the details in your order confirmation. Allow room for carrier and local conditions, particularly if the fragrance is a gift for a fixed date. For an existing order, contact service@neorbis.net with your order number and country. See the current Delivery page and shop.
